Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@zonej.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at support@zonej.com. They will assist you in selecting the desired replacement and guide you through the exchange process.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) instead.
Final Sale Items:
Items marked as "Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately for assistance.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
